Therapeutic offerings
That safe space in which you can be yourself all the while learning and growing into your healthiest self.
This may be a fit when you feel caught in patterns that are difficult to shift alone.
A safe space to share their feelings of hurt and betrayal, all the while gaining a sense of hope and renewed sense of shared purpose.
This may be a fit when familiar conflicts or disconnections keep returning.
A place for family members to attend to the roles, histories, and unspoken expectations that influence life together.
This may be a fit when a family pattern has become painful, rigid, or hard to name.
Intensive offering
From Infidelity to Renewed Trust and Intimacy
This intensive workshop is designed for couples who want to move through the aftermath of infidelity with focused, structured support. Over the course of the workshop, partners are guided through the process of understanding what happened, attending to the pain it caused, and beginning the work of rebuilding trust and intimacy on new terms.
The workshop is offered as an intensive format — concentrated sessions over a condensed period — for couples who are ready to do deep work and want to move forward with intention.
Considering therapy
People often begin therapy with a sense that something is repeating: a relationship dynamic, a choice that feels inevitable, a feeling that returns without explanation, or a way of living that no longer feels possible.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy does not require a fixed agenda or a promise of quick resolution. It begins with attention to what is present, including what may be difficult to say.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy leads to not just uncovering the repressed, but discovering what has been yet unexpressed.
